Tim has worked in the hotel and hospitality industry for over 30 years as a senior manager, Managing Director and business owner, consultant and now CEO of BWH Hotels GB. His career began in the Intercontinental and Forte Hotel Groups before moving into the independent hotel sector operating and owning three 4-star hotels in the North-West of England. He was Board Director and Chairman of ICH (BWH Hotels GB) before becoming CEO in August 2021.

Adrian has worked for BWH Hotels GB for 12 years having initially joined as a Management Accountant before taking up his current role in 2014. Prior to joining, Adrian had over 20-years experience of working in Finance for a variety of multinational and privately owned businesses in the food industry.

Head of Operations
Tracy has worked for BWH Hotels GB for over 30 years and, since starting in the Post Room, has covered most departments in the company. Tracy has extensive experience in the area of IT and technology and is the Head of Operations with responsibility for 6 teams; Distribution, Customer Services, Member Helpdesk, IT, Software Developers and Business Intelligence.

Commercial Director
Jim is Commercial Director at BWH Hotels GB. His role covers the sales, marketing, digital and revenue functions. Jim’s background is in data driven marketing roles and, prior to joining BWH Hotels in 2015, he spent many years as a transport geek at London Underground and then the train operator GNER & East Coast Main Line.

Head of Human Resources
Susan has worked for BWH Hotels GB since 2016. Supported by a fantastic team she looks after HR, Payroll, Employee Culture and Engagement, HSE and Facilities for the business. She has been responsible for guiding the business through several restructures as well as the COVID pandemic. Susan started her HR career over 30 years ago and has worked in retail, manufacturing, public sector and oil and gas.

Head of Revenue Management Services
Andrew joined BWH Hotels GB in 2019 as Head of Revenue Management Services. His career of over 20 years has seen him oversee diverse markets and manage Hilton, IHG & Marriott properties. At BWH Hotels GB, Andrew initiated the Revenue Management Forum, fostering strategy discussions and idea-sharing amongst top revenue leaders. Andrew prioritises nurturing a robust revenue management culture to optimise opportunities for member hotels.
Nicola Elliott

Head of Sales
Nicola has worked for BWH Hotels GB since 2017, originally as a Group Sales Manager, before progressing to her current role as Head of Sales. Nicola has over 20 years sales experience with multiple hotel brands and also several years working for Agiito as a Conference Consultant. Nicola’s role encompasses the management of the Venues Desk (Events), the Business Development Team and the field sales team.

Comms, Content & Brand Director
Andrew is Director of Brand, Communications and Content at BWH Hotels GB. Having started his career as a national journalist, he has been in destination communications for 15 years creating national and international award-winning campaigns, content and events. More recently his “vision and innovation” to assist the NHS and vulnerable people during the pandemic saw him awarded an MBE in the New Years Honours List.

With 23 years' of brand experience, Mark directs Acquisition, Retention and Quality strategies. He manages hotel growth via new recruitments into BWH brands, new builds and conversion projects, maintains brand quality, and is key in developing member engagement.
